I do my best to get items out quickly and all US orders ship with tracking now!! The mail system has been greatly impacted by increased online shopping, safety measures for the virus and experiencing a huge level of demand for service. It WILL take longer for packages to arrive. This was a key part of my husband’s Valentine’s Day gift … the moment has definitely passed as it is now the 20th. I thought my proximity to Canada specifically Ontario would ensure on time delivery and I was wrong. Overall, excellent quality and I would purchase from this seller again but I’d add a week cushion for delivery.

5 out of 5 starsTook a long time to get to me (missed this year's Christmas) and red nose is an inexpensive "gem" - if I order again, I'd get the "non-Rudolf" version.

Hi Peggy, Tracking on your order shows your special reindeer did arrive before Christmas, but I know shipping from Canada at that busy time can take what seems like forever. Im glad you like your special reindeer overall, but sorry you didn't like Rudolf's nose. They are made from rivets, attached to the fork featuring glass "crystal" or stone. Hope I can make you a black nosed guy for next year. Thanks again for letting me create for you.
